We build AI agents to help businesses get more done. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you when you use Zellos.

Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you contact us, request a demo, or use our services. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, messages, and other information you choose to share.
We may also collect technical information such as device type, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, and usage events. We use service providers such as Firebase Analytics to help us understand site performance and usage.
How we use information
We use information to provide, maintain, and improve Zellos; respond to enquiries; personalize and support the service; communicate with you about your account or requests; monitor security; and comply with legal obligations.
Where our agents process business content, we use it to perform the workflows you ask them to perform and to return results to you or your authorized team members.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, communicate, or operate the service. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain records, and meet legal requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use care when deciding what information to send through an automated agent.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing communications.

Children and policy changes
Zellos is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above and publish the revised version on this page.
