01

Using Zellos

You may use Zellos only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for making sure that the people using your account are authorized to do so and follow these rules.

You must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you believe an account or integration has been compromised.

02

Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of the business content, documents, messages, instructions, and other materials you submit to Zellos. You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your content and for reviewing important outputs before relying on or sending them.

03

AI-generated output

AI agents can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected results. Zellos does not guarantee that output will always be correct, original, suitable for a particular purpose, or compliant with every law that may apply to your business.

You are responsible for human review, approvals, decisions, and actions taken from agent output. Do not use Zellos as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

04

Acceptable use

You may not use Zellos to:

  • Break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or violate a platform’s terms.
  • Send spam, scams, malware, unauthorized promotions, or harmful automated messages.
  • Collect or process sensitive information without an appropriate legal basis and safeguards.
  • Interfere with the service, probe its security, or attempt to access systems or accounts without permission.
  • Create or deploy workflows that put people’s safety, rights, or essential services at unreasonable risk.
05

Third-party services

Zellos may connect with third-party services such as WhatsApp, CRMs, inboxes, calendars, analytics tools, and other software. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or changes they make to their APIs, availability, or rules.

06

Intellectual property

Zellos and its underlying software, designs, trademarks, documentation, and service materials belong to Zellos AI LLC or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of them. We welcome feedback and may use it without restriction or compensation, provided it does not identify you or disclose your confidential information.

07

Availability, liability, and termination

We work to keep Zellos useful and available, but the service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Zellos is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Zellos AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. You may stop using Zellos at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access creates a security or legal risk.

08
